Our commitment

Hi There complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. The safety of minors is a priority for our app.

Prohibited content and behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Hi There:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
  • Grooming, sextortion, or trafficking involving minors
  • Any other content or conduct that violates child safety laws

How to report

You can report concerns in the app in the following ways:

  • Report a message: use the report option on any message in the group chat
  • Report a profile: report another user's profile picture or profile from their profile screen
  • Block a user: block a user to stop them from contacting you
  • Child safety concerns: for child safety or CSAM-related reports, you can also contact us directly (see Contact below)

How we respond

We review reports in line with our standards and applicable laws. We remove prohibited content, take action against violating accounts, and report to regional and national authorities where required by law.
